The instructions that came with the USB cable were 100% accurate and allowed for a very easy installation on my computer and connection to the radio could not have asked for more.
The cable & the software I got from you last fall worked absolutely perfect. No problems what so ever. I have learned my lesson not to trust Amazon cables. Thanks again for your help in getting this all to work.
